Massage the scalp every night, moisten your fingers tips with olive oil or castor oil. Start from the nape of the neck with tiny circular movements, then go to the forehead, across the hairline.
Hair Brushing
Use a wooden natural bristled hair brush as this is an ideal scalp massager, effectively distributing natural oils to the end of your hair. Brushing regularly also removes old hair enabling new hair to take its place, it also clears dandruff and increases circulation.

Papaya: hair is washed with diluted latex skin extract - for the first wash diluted Papaya vinegar mixed with lemon juice is used and left for 20 minutes. The hair is rinsed with diluted papaya vinegar. Massaging fresh papaya pulp into scalp 10 minutes before washing the hair eliminates dandruff.

Cold pressed oils: massage a combination of or singular oils such as sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba, evening primrose and borage oil into scalp, cover with a piastic shower cap and leave on for at least 6 hours. Wash out by applying shampoo before wetting your hair and adding apple cider vinegar to final rinse water.
Food: dandruff responds very well to vinegar. Mix 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 5 drops of thyme, 5 drops eucalyptus, 3 drops sage and 5 drops of carrot essentials oils, and add to 25 mis of spring water. Use about a teaspoon of mixture and massage into your scalp before going to bed. Urine: is massaged into the scalp and left for half an hour to one hour. Then the head is washed with luke warm water only. It is not recommended to use shampoo or soap.
Herbs: bay, basil, burdock, comfrey, cleavers, elderflower, horsetail, lavender, marigold, marjoram nettle, peppermint, rosemary, sage, scented geranium, witch hazel and yarrow. Make up a herbal infusion of any singular or combination of the above herbs. Infusions can be used in shampoos etc as essential oils. As a hair tonic make up 1 litre of herbal infusion and add 125 ml apple cider vinegar and then massage into scalp.
After the hair is washed and rinsed with plain water, then rinse your hair with a can of beer each day. Salt water rinses and freshly squeezed lemon juice massaged into the scalp after shampooing also helps to eliminate dandruff.
